Unfortunately faucets don’t last forever. Especially with the mineral rich water we have in SWFL. But, changing it out to a new one is something you can probably do. I will say that plumbing fixtures, like many components of your home, is not something you want to try to go economy grade on. A faucet gets a lot of use and with the amount of minerals found here in the local water, the wear and tear is even greater. So you’d be wise to invest in a quality grade fixture. This video pretty much explains all you need to know to get this job done. And with the money you save by installing it yourself, you can buy a better quality faucet.
